What is it actually like to go to dinner with the family and not hear the server?
What is it like to pick up your prescription with hearing and vision loss?
What would the world look like if we created spaces that truly welcomed all people?
These are some questions that can be answered at the EASE Immersive Dinner on October 24th.
Join us for an experience like no other. Participants will wear items that replicate hearing/vision loss while they order their food from the menu with our servers. They will enjoy their meal, and chat with family and friends at the table.
At dessert, guests will have the chance to converse with members of the d/Deaf Community and learn directly from them exactly what things are like, but how we can make changes that create a better society.
¿Cómo es realmente ir a cenar con la familia y no escuchar al camarero?
¿Cómo es recoger tu receta con pérdida auditiva y visual?
¿Cómo sería el mundo si creáramos espacios que realmente dieran la bienvenida a todas las personas?
Estas son algunas preguntas que pueden responderse en la Cena Inmersiva EASE el 24 de octubre.
Únete a nosotros para una experiencia como ninguna otra. Los participantes usarán elementos que replican la pérdida auditiva/visual mientras ordenan su comida del menú con nuestros camareros. Disfrutarán de su comida y charlarán con familiares y amigos en la mesa.
En el postre, los invitados tendrán la oportunidad de conversar con miembros de la Comunidad sorda y aprender directamente de ellos cómo son las cosas, pero también cómo podemos hacer cambios que creen una sociedad mejor.
